Well I just figured out I have the ultimate discipline when I just got invited to spend a weekend with a bunch of hot girls in a really nice house with a hot tub, and unlimited booze. I had to say no, I need to study. FML. I better pass this @#$%&.

That is a questionable move, depending on what the outcome is in August.

NO EXCUSES

I would probably manage my time and get the taste of both the things - study part and the hot tub part
Weekend is at least 3 days away. You can keep yourself motivated that you gotta study enough in these days to compensate for the loss of your study hours on the weekend. Moreover, you don't need to the entire weekend partying there. Just be there on the strategic moments (you already know about it ;-P .
48 hours are not going to be the fun. You'll have lull in between. Just have the thing (girl/booz whatever) for which you went there and come back.

Trust me, your chances of passing or not passing are not going to change significantly if you spend some hours away from your schedule.
My 1 cent on your situation.

I am going to Vegas for 4 days next week to get my head right. Leaves me with 2 weeks to take more mocks. Probably will study flash cards and Secret Sauce while there by the pool.

If you have prepared that still gives you 2 weeks or 60+ more hours if you really want to study.

You wrote it incorrect BizBanker. Should be "As a CFA Level 3, I guarantee my returns to be above average."

There is no designation such as CFA level 3.
As per my opinion, Level 3 CFA candidate would be the right way to mention it .

Did he just source his own opinion? Nice.

Isn't it an ethical violation to not tell your potential clients you'll be making above average returns all the time? I mean, they'll be missing out on some sweet gains otherwise... that has to breach fair dealing...
