Taking away short term interest paid to accounts that should have received shares in an IPO is wrong.

My study notes answer sheet points me to study session 1, Reading 1, LOS B (go ahead check it out for a good laugh).

Anyone know where this is discussed in the cfai book?

Its specifically tested in Schweser exam 2 vol 2 question 12.4 Q#130612 for those who have the materials.

I believe it is the last case, just before the Asset Management Code.
