I got 41500
Depreciate was 40K
Loan amt was 1,500K
Monthly installment $220k
Interest rate 10%
Interest towards first year will be 150K
Principla amt will be 70K -
I think 71500 was Income after tax. But the question asked for after tax cash flow. I added the depreciation of 40K and dedcuted 70K principal amount and after tax cash flow was 41500.
