I think I'm going to start studying for L1 in December. Even though I think I have a 50/50 shot of passing L1 from the June 09 exam.
Not studying hard, but if I have some time on the weekend, maybe spend an hour or two on FRA each day and go from there.
My thought is I couldn't forgive myself if I wasted a month and a half doing jack and then realized I only had 4 months till the next exam (and the last month is spent doing practice exams).作者: dcfox83 时间: 2011-7-13 13:08
4 months should be plenty of time if you failed the first time (if you fail band 9 or better). you remember a ton from the first time, I know i did.作者: agulani 时间: 2011-7-13 13:08

I've been in break down mode since i left the exam room. Thought I passed (2nd attempt, band 10 first time), now i'm giving myself a 50/50 shot.

Guys, please have faith in yourself. Relax for these days. Give yourself the break that you need. In the worst case you might fail, but 4 months time is simply more than enough to study for level 1. I studied for 3 months for June (I am not very intelligent) and I think I managed to go through the books 3-4 times.作者: amqata 时间: 2011-7-13 13:08

I know, I think that is brilliant as well. I'll try forcing that on myself.
