is this right?

restrictive monetary policy + restrictive fiscal policy = inverted yield curve
expansionary monetary policy + restrictive fiscal policy = flat yeild curve

tight monetary + tight fiscal = inverted yield curve
tight monetary + loose fiscal = flat

expansionary monetary policy + restrictive fiscal policy = flat but rising yield curve
