Just thought I'd share this acronym:

Core attributes of Corp Gov:

1. FAIRNESS and equitable treatment in all dealings

2. ACCOUNTABILITY for the performance of the responsibilities

3. RESPONSIBILITIES to stakeholders (for manager and director)

4. Delineation of the RIGHTS of shareholders to other core stakeholders

5. TRANSPARENCY and accuracy in disclosures.


and there's two main objectives:

1. Eliminate conflicts of interest
2. Ensure assets of the company are used efficiently and in the best interest of investors
