For those who have taken the actual level 2 exam before, was time pressure an issue? I feel like the Schweser tests take longer than the actual. That's how it was for level 1 for sure. The level 2 mock definitely didn't take me as long as most Schweser tests...less reading for the most part it seemed...

friend of mine who passed, said he still had half an hour left after reading each item set 3 times and solve the questions.
A friend of mine who passed last year, said that the only thing you got to watch for is some questions that may take up alot of your time, like the valuation questions, cos if you make a little calculation mistake and dont see your answer in the list, you will be inclined to go back and do it all again, which is good but, its best just to leave it until the end until...

..took it two times, I did't think time was the problem.
I took the L2 exam last year and found a similar thing when i sat L1.......one of the exams on the day seems harder than the other.
maybe it was nerves, but I was pushed for time on the morning exam, the afternoon seemed "easier"...if I can vaguely use that term?
I felt really rushed last year during the L2 AM session. Almost everyone around me was working problems until the last minute. The PM session was easier and people were kicking back in their chairs with 20 minutes to go. To be on the safe side I would just budget for an extra 20 minutes or so in each session for exam nerves, mental blocks, bathroom breaks (YES and you have to walk forever after getting the proctor to hold you hand basically).
I passed last year. Morning was a real time crunch. Afternoon was much smoother. You just have to know the material. If you know the material time will not be an issue. Don't waste time on the really hard questions. Get the low hanging fruit.
Time was a major issue for me last year. It was horrific from my point of view. In comparison I found I had oodles of time in Level 1.
That being said I wasn't that well prepared last year so that would probably explain it.
In level I I only took 45m-1hr each session. For Level II I'm finding that exams are taking 2hrs or so, noticeably longer than for L1.
I can't remember from Level 1.
Are we allowed to leave early in the sessions?
How are you guys doing on time? I have so much time left in my practice that I'm taking it extra extra slow.
If you finish 30m before the deadline you're allowed to leave.
