I have serious problem. I don't have hard copies of my books and my vitalsource bookshelf stopped working. When I open my program I get "an error occurred while reading preference file. Some preference could not be recovered. you may be prompted for your license code again when you try to update your license." I posted on vitalsource support forum, but nobody responded. You could also try emailing someone from vitalsource for a (potentially) faster response
