Hi all,

Just putting together my schedule now to start my study for the L3 exame in june.

I am wondering how lond it would usually take someone to get through 1 schweser book. I was looking at maybe 2 weeks per book? Is this feasible for level 3, I think I did about this for level 2.

Cheers

Based on CFAI recommendation of 1 week per session, their suggested avg would be about 3 ? weeks per book. That being said, the material is lighter and easier to get through than level 2 material, so if you did that rate in level 2 you should be fine with level 3. Warning – "getting through" the material is not the same as knowing it cold to be able to answer tough essay questions. There is more rote memorization of lists and details (not as easy to remember as level 2 formulas that sort of click together in your brain) in level 3. Be sure your review period include plenty of time to pound these things into your brain.
