If both buyer and seller have expectations on the value of the company . What value definition do you use?

1> fair market value
2> Investment vale
3> intrinsic value

Depends what side of the fence you're on.
* Seller wants the highest price
* Buyer wants the lowest price
* Of the three choices, I think the "neutral value" would be the intrinsic value
