Please, I need to find out how to re-install my QBank onto my computer. I had to reformat my hard-drive and the instructions state that it is a one-time download. I'd contact Kaplan directly. Perhaps they could reissue your download with the same registration number that way they are sure that you're not just downloading it on another computer or something. I had the same situation in January, I had to format becoz of some nasty virus
Kaplan people were nice and gave me an extra installation.
