Got to love the morons who year after year bring their phone in and just before the exam starts when the proctor gives the rules speech and final warning there is always some moron who hands in a cell phone…. honestly!!!! They warn you with countless emails in the months ahead, you sign and agree to these rules when you print off the exam ticket, they warn you when you enter the doors and again upon check in / processing…….how many warnings do you need????

Oh and just to touch upon the cell phone ban, nice to see the orange vest proctor in Toronto lead by example, caught her sneaking off into the washroom yapping away on hers. So glad I didn’t have to face that crazy proctor in level two, that guy yells and screams thinking he’s the man because he gets to wear the ever so prestigious orange vest.

Toronto can be a brutal place to write. A few years back in Toronto, some alpha proctor slammed his open hand onto a candidates desk after he continued to write. He yelled at the top of his freaken lungs "Stop Writting!". Honestly, just give the kid the write up, no need for violence and to shake up the whole place.

Come to Bermuda to write if you have to next year. There's free drinks immediately following the exam by the beach. Plus, exam rooms of 25 ppl max. Then again, last year a Bermudian proctor told us NOT to sign the pledge. Bad advice that we didn't pay attention to.

From my experience (in Toronto) Level 3 proctors seem way more relaxed and easy going then ones at L2 and L1.

Seattle this year was super laid back. Proctors couldn't figure out the books for like 20 minutes, while everyone else around was just talking to each other, until they started finally reading the instructions. in the am , they read the instructions for the multiple choice first and this one dude sitting in the front row totally ripped the seal off his book searching for a multiple choice response sheet for like five minutes. while he was going through the exam book, no proctor came to him even though the entire panel was seated 6 feet in front of him. finally he talked to proctor to find out what was wrong with his exam book and they politely told him to close the book. Then, they let me to the bathroom by giving me this weird special pass but didn't let me take the exam ticket. A proctor patrolling inside the bathroom (!) asked me to educate the proctors in the exam room about the ticket rule. it just seemed like there were very confused, but super nice, nevertheless.
