The new Prudent Investor Rule includes eight key factors that the trustee should consider when investing and managing trust assets:

␣ Whether any assets have a special relationship to the requirements of the beneficiary
or the trust.


i'm not really clear on the 8th one. Can someone give me an example? It's not related to unique circumstances is it?
