Isnt the Payables T/O Ratio = Purchases/Avg Payables ???

I have come across 2 Qbank questions that are using CoGS in the numerator.....

Which is proper?

used to be COGS before - CFAI changed it around to Purchases / Payables

Schweser hasn't gotten around to changing it around yet.
