Is it a violation of the standards to commit criminal activity OUTSIDE the workplace? Say you were a drug dealer at night (very extreme, I know).
Standard 1A says: "... governing their professional activities."
Standard 1D says: "...must not engage in any professional conduct involving..."

Actually there was a major insurance CEO a few years back who got busted for growing pot in his house and selling it on the streets of Oakland. I'm not kidding. Can't remember the company name, but they were a major medical malpractice writer. Publicly traded.作者: SFoyil 时间: 2011-7-13 16:54
