Can some guess/suggest/answer this??
i was thinking like (84(70%)-40(everyone can get this))/10=4.4 between each bands.作者: ohai 时间: 2011-7-20 19:48
Pretty doubtful. Bands are not equal # of points apart, instead they each have the same number of candidates in them. Which means the majority of people who failed would be within 1std deviation of the average score. 1std might only be 6 or 7 points.
