I need to send a resume out today. I was lucky enough to pass Level II, but cannot register for Level III until tomorrow. What do you all think? Can I say that I am a CFA Candidate who passed Level II?
Yes, ofcourse you can. Something like...
- Passed Level I and II of Level 2 CFA Exams作者: giants2010 时间: 2011-7-27 12:48
yeh probably, so just leave that out. dont say level III candidate, as you're not registered.
but can always say
- Passed Level I and II at first attempt
- Passed Level I ( 2010), Level 2 (2011) etc..
basically anything that is 'true' without exaggerating claims of what CFA stands for.
You cannot use the word 'candidate'.
^agree with this guy, all you can do is write that you passed the level 1 and level 2 CFA exams. but you can't write candidate if you're not registered for an exam.
Personally I think that if you plan to register for Level III tomorrow then it is reasonable to use the word "candidate". Technically its a violation but considering that by the time the resume is used (ie. sometime after today) you will be a candidate, I think its reasonable.
