I received my books today, and the spine on 4 of the 6 books is broken at the top due to someone tossing th box on its corner. I don't care if there are some little nicks etc..., but broken spines? They are technically "readable", but a few page turns and the top of the pages are going to start coming out.
Anyone else experience this? Anyone have experience with CFA/UPS replacing damaged curriculum?

It must be an oman for you not to use CFAI materials. Email CFAI i'm sure they will replace them free of cost. They must have about 3 gazillion of these books lying around.
