You have to discount cash flow differences back to today and get NPV. I would say NPV is between $100K and $500K depending on other factors. Any thoughts?

Yes, but it's two components, salary and bonus, for a lot of the industry especially my job. if it were just a function of salary it would be a little more straightforward and even that's a little skewed, because salaries become a step function as you switch from job to job.
Anyway, would be a fun research project, but if anyone wants to show up with a briefcase (or two) with $250K in it I'm all ears.作者: luda002 时间: 2011-8-11 03:27
