如题， CFA 2 qbank（09版的）的使用问题？用不了，
总是出现如下的提示：
Unable to load the initialization page.

Try to run the application again. If the problem persists, make sure you have TCP/IP installed and that you aren't running firewall software on this machine that restricts connections to the loopback interface (127.0.0.1)

可是，我TCP/IP没有问题，防火墙也关了，127.0.0.1也ping了，都没有问题，为什么就是不能用呢？

问问大家，都是怎么使用的呢？先谢谢了的。

都不成功，又在论坛下下了另外一个，终于成功了的。

我在论坛重下了一个，就可以用了的，楼上的可以搜搜论坛，就能找到。
