职位描述：

主要职责：
 
- Providing management with relevant analysis to better the performance of the business;
- Ensuring that the business is compliant with Group norms and local norms, annual budget, performance appraisal for Brand;
- Drawing up the Brand’s provisional plans and budgets according to Launch plans;
- Calculate the economical impact on Brand orientations and projects (product launches, etc.) Analyzing key financial and business indicators of each brand in the division;
- Suggesting to managers’ action to achieve the growth and profitability targets that have been fixed (investment choices, etc);
- Financially balancing a cost center impacting the Brand’s product contribution (Product cost price, development & operating costs, intra-group transfer price of products);
- Monitoring Business Drivers spending and Turnover (sales, return, promotions…);
- Reporting: Business reporting, Group reporting.
 
对候选者要求：
 
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting ;
- More than 3 years work experience in Auditing/ Finance area, Audit Firm experience is preferred;
- Accounting certificate is a plus (e.g. ACCA/CPA/CIMA etc.);
- Good command of English and computer skills especially Excel;
- Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Proactive attitude with strong learning capability;
- Flexibility but strong ownership;
- An aptitude for working under pressure.
