  * Experienced PHP + MySQL programming skill
  * CSS+DIV
  * Understand W3C standards
  * Able to read and write technical documents
  * Experiences in areas of application programming, database and system design.
  * Hand-on experiences in developing web application systems
  * Version control software SVN
  * Good coding style
  * Strong written and oral language ability both in English and Chinese
  * Team Work

  * XOOPS module development experience preferred
  * Jquery experience preferred
