Candidates will have 2-5 years web application development experience at a high traffic consumer web site, can shift gears quickly, have the ability to do rapid prototyping of new features in parallel with design, and have deep experience with most of the following technologies: 1） 1+ year experience of Ruby and Rails development. 2） UI-tier technologies: XHTML, XML, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, prototype library, scriptaculous library, cross-browser compatibility, hands-on experience with mashupable widgets such as Google Maps, Flickr Photo Widget, just to name a few 3） Mid-tier technologies: Ruby on Rails, Active Record. 4） Design/Prototyping Tools: Photoshop/GIMP, Flash (nice to have) 5） Debugging Tools: YSlow and Firebug 6） Other: SQL, UNIX, Rake 7） Experience of Java development is a plus
