-    Provide ever-optimizing, secure and reliable information systems, protect data security, apply IT to increase customer value, and implement head office's IT strategies efficientl

Corporate & Corporate Governance

-    prepare for presentation for BOD

-    regularly report to BOD that reflects business development and draws attention to potential issues

-    Update business model with constant reference to mega-trends and shifting business realities.

-    Provide financial management assistance to JV and branch

-    design and implement cross-functional ad hoc projects

-    detect weaknesses and potential hotbeds for malpractice, and install appropriate internal controls in advance

Quality and Environment

-    timely provide relevant training to departmental staff, esp. in QMS and EMS

-    ensure company has capability to fulfill customer orders for Shanghai Branch Office

-    manage and exert influence on matters in his responsibility to achieve environmental protection

-    continuously strive to improve all duties and processes in his scope

Report to President

Professional Characteristics Required

-    Bachelor degree (or above) in finance, commercial or information technology fields

-    International Professionally qualified

-    Accountant qualification

-    At least  8 years working experience preferably in large multinational companies

-    Broad cross-functional project management skills

-    Skilled financial capability

-    Excellent English & Chinese

-    Computer knowledge

-    Supervision skills
