Does someone have an example where civil disobedience would be a violation? Would you be in violation if you were arrested for drinking and driving? What if you were arrested for being drunk in public?

I’ve only seen it mentioned as not being a violation for being arrested for being part of a “non-violent protest.”

relevant standard is I(D) misconduct. The text refers to professional conduct … or commit any act that reflects adversely on their professional reputation, integrity or competence.
It says abusing alcohol during business hours COULD constitute a violation since determiental on ability to fulfill professional responsibilites.
In my opinion:
civil disobedience, peaceful demonstration, political disagreement: No problem.
arrested for being drunk, driving,.. problem during business hours, could be problem if outside business hrs if reflect badly on their professional reputation (together with clients, generating headlines,..)
