The item sets in the required reading (pages 118-126) are Killer. These are very similiar to what can be expected on the exam.
*Spoiler Alert*
On question #31…. Apparently you can look for information regarding tender offers on blogs and it’s not considered inside information because being on the internet is “Pubically deciminated.”
Wow. So I guess to CFAI material nonpubic information is only transmitted through overhearing people talk on the elevator. LOL. What a joke ethics is.作者: John10 时间: 2013-3-31 12:29
Depends who is doing the talking in the elevator. If its management and you overhear it can be MNPI. If its the janitor , maybe no.
Similarly I don’t think management gets on to blogs on the internet about internal information, so you won’t find much MNPI on the internet.

Couple claifications:
1. I was just joking about the elevators. It seems as though there are a million questions with the “infamous nonpublic information elevator.”
2. It wasn’t mgmt that blogged. It was any old Joe.
