When I reviewed sample 2 first Ethics Vignett, I was a lot confused.
I got question 2,3,4,5 all wrong.
I kind of got 2, although it is tricky for second statement, makes you feel it says vote all proxy;
Question 3 I kind of got.
I don’t get at all question 4 and 5.
I think the second statement in both questions seems no problem. Nothing to accuse about.

Question over question, You posted that you didnt understand question 8 of mock exam II afternoon session about amortizing non amortizing, did you get a clarification I think CFAI might be wrong as indeed two answers are correct
