Does Schweser use Euro/Dollar quotation to mean Euroollar.
Euroollar means Dollar/Euro, nor Euro/Dollar. The q-bank has a question like:
spot CHF/USD = .5358
30-day forward = .6355
and the answer says CHF is selling at a forward discount
But how, does a currency depreciate if it is worth more per dollar? It would make sense if the question said CHF:USD.
fuck schweser if they were so lazy they couldn’t change / to :作者: soverby 时间: 2013-4-11 10:47

Yeah, agreed. I’m glad I skimmed CFAI. Surprised schweser did not at least mention it. Seems kind of important…作者: Palantir 时间: 2013-4-11 10:56
See p. 586 of the CFAI Econ section for an explanation of the change.
