I checked the errata and did not find any mention of this, but question 6 in Ethics appears to contradict itself. Do you suppose it is an error, or am I missing something?
Statement 3 appears to be identical to what is described in the solution, yet the answer is that it is incorrect..?

I suppose my interpretation of ‘inconsistent’ is incorrect. I assume that it is consistent, being stricter than CFA guidelines. :-S Damn ethics questions…
