Hey guys -
I’ve been visiting this site often… I just wanted to give quick advice to people that want a bit of an edge… TAKE ELAN!! I paid the money for the mocks… It not only opens your mind up, but makes the other exams look much easier. The 11th hour was kind of a waste though.. it needed to be more concise….
Here are my mock grades, in order of taking it (with time gaps)-
Schweser 1 - 57
Schweser 2 - 63
(time gap)
ELAN TEST 1 - 67.5
ELAN TEST 2 - 70
ELAN TEST 3 - 65
Schweser 3 - ~74
CFA MOCK - ~78
I took the cfa exam and thought it was incredibly easier than elan, and to an extent Schweser. Felt much more comofortable about the exam.
Also - don’t discount the “sample exams” on the CFA website - they are pretty tough questions but seem very important to know.
