请问 cfa member在他的report里直接用从bank或者国家统计局的网站上面下载的数据，这些数据是事实统计数据。这种情况下member需要quote这些数据的来源吗
因为我清楚的记得有些数据或者information不用quote，可以直接用。但是现在做到的上面所述的题目又说要quote了。
