Financial Management is the management of finances and its generic term and used wherever funds/money has been managed by individuals, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Companies, MNC, Govt etc. Financial Mgmt books contain basic principles of Finance.
Corporate Finance specifically refers to Financial Mgmt of Corporations. Corporations are public Ltd, stock exchange listed companies. So in corporate finance topics like Equity, WACC, Capital Structure, dividend policy etc are discussed thoroughly.作者: yuoska 时间: 2013-8-8 08:55

Yes.. Have u forgot CFA level l TMV practice questions. If you want $ 1 million at your retirement so how much you should save per year and invest at what rate..
