请问share blocking到底对share holder有利还是无利啊？
另外cumulative voting是对少数团体有利，那为何不能offset the negative consequences of super-voting rights shares?

原书对于share blocking就一句和proxy voting相关的话，我的理解是share blocking 方便proxy voting过程中对于voting rights的确认，因为提供了一个在vote前禁止转移voting rights的时间段。
