Which of the following is including in GIPS

rivate Equity?
A.Closed -end funds;B.Evergreeen funds;C.Funds-of-funds
答案最后两句话Private Equity investments include all investment includie all investment in comanies that are not publicly trade.Closed-end funds are publicly traded.

这两句话是矛盾的，请问这里的closed-end funds是不是常说的可以在second market上公开交易的那种？如果不是，那如何理解。
另外，什么是Evergreeen funds, 根据GIPS要求，应该如何表述其业绩？

PRIVATE EQUITY investments made by fixed life, fixed commitment PRIVATE EQUITY investment vehicles
including PRIMARY FUNDS and FUNDS OF FUNDS.

Evergreen fund: It is bank of Ireland fund and is a managed fund, invested in mixture of shares, bonds, property and cash.
