为什么借债本身对FCFF不产生影响呢？第一年应该是FCFF变多了吧？
FCFF=NI+NCC+INT(1-T)-WCINV-FCINV
这里至少看起来int（1-t）项会变多，求解释，谢谢。

这里考到的是FCFE和FCFF的区别，FCFF 是Free Cash Flow to the firm, including FCF to debt holders and equity holders，所以issue debt to repurchase common stock对于firm整体来讲没有影响。Just forget about formulas for a moment for this question, you will understand it.
