答案说选B。后面的解释怎么也看不懂。我一直想，既然公司目前将可转债作为债务处理，那么如果对debt-to-equity ratios 调整，必然是如果一个加了，另一个必然就要减掉相应的金额。怎么会出现只调整一个的情况，或者不调整的情况呢？
