这道题是一级session2 P88里面的练习题，具体请看题目
An investor will receive an annuity of $4000 a year for ten years. The first payment is to be received five years from today. At a 9% discount rate, this annuity's worth today is closest to:
A. $16,684
B. $18,186
C. $25,671

我的想法是: BEG模式 PMT=4000 N＝10 I/Y＝9 CPT->PV，PV=25671.6 接着，FV＝25671.6 N=5 I/Y=9 CPT->PV，PV=16684
不太会分什么时候是AnnuityDue，还有N有时候不知道怎么确定。。。。大神能教我一下吗。。。
