应该是在考试的时候有违规行为，被proctor报告给了CFAI，按照上面的要求写信过去问问发生了什么事吧。
我想你在考试时应该被当时的监考人员记下了你的考号，好好回忆一下，有没有违规行为。

协会回信说：Thank you for contacting us. We would be happy to assist you with your exam results. Unfortunately, I can’t locate your record with the information you’ve provided. To assist with the search, please reply to this message with your CFA Institute ID number (if applicable), full name, postal and e-mail addresses at the time you registered, as well as the last four digits or characters of your Social Security Number or National Identification Number. Be sure to include the text of your original message when you reply
奇怪，怎么会这样的事情
your CFA Institute ID number是准考证上的candidate NO吗？

你这是因为网页已经过时了，，你要用邮箱里面的新发的地址，或者登陆主页，会问你是要登主页还是查成绩。会给你一个新的连接的。祝通过

谢谢大家关心啊，，，，郁闷
救命啊。。。协会发邮件说可以查成绩了，可是一直重置密码一直还让人SIGN IN ,,,SIGN IN SIGN IN SIGN IN 输入了用户和密码 还是SIGN IN SIGN IN SIGN IN ，。。。。。。。。。块疯了
兄弟姐妹们 。。帮帮额。。。奥

你要不打电话过去问吧，这样比较直接，而且比较快，发邮件有些东西讲不清，早点搞定心里也好安心，我第一次考，还没碰到过这个情况，所以帮不了你什么，祝你好运啊
