在二级的公式里出现justified P/CF, P/B, P/S和justified dividend yield
请问这里面justified是什么意思？和一般的P/CF等ratio的区别是什么？什么是unjustified呢？

justified is calculated based on fundamentals. then it is compared with actual to determine if the security is under/over valued.
