Guidance-independent practice:
Independent practice for compensation is allowed if a notification is provided to the employer,...and if the employer consents to all terms of the proposed independent practice before it begins.
我的问题是：independent practice是指什么呢？多谢解答！~

在这里可以理解的简化一点，
independent practice = competing business with employer
就是开展与雇主有竞争的业务。
