u know, i chose (c) when i did the exam, this type of question is really silly i think the key word in the question is" This information has not yet been announced" so i think CFA is testing material nonpublic , you know but personally i would say that how would you urge the ceo, if you are only a employed staff!!! I am not sure if this is correct though
