其中第一条和第二条是什么意思呢？

1, get advanced indication of client interest regarding any new issues

2, distribute new issues by client, not by portfolio manager.

第一条不知道，第二条是说IPO分配应直接分配到客户账户上，而不是先分配给投资经理，再由投资经理分配给自己管理的各个账户。
