北美的人说有个选项是to employer and clients。如果你记得是对的，那么这题应该选to employer。

仅仅只是client不包含employer吗?那就有意思了，书上说，referral fee“must disclose to their employer,
clients, and prospective clients”

有疑问啊，如果是referral fee的话，employer也是首当其冲要批露的。

“Referral Fees. Members and Candidates must disclose to their employer,
clients, and prospective clients, as appropriate, any compensation,
consideration, or benefit received by, or paid to, others for the recommendation
of products or services.”

这题应该是rf-leasing。chalanda兄前面关于这题的解释我都看了下，应该是思路有问题。
