1. You are a mining analyst sent to the middle of Utah on assignment that includes four mines in three days with no commercial flights or hotels available. You accept the company's flight/motel. Must you disclose this or you not obligated to do anything since accomodations so modest?

My opinion:

This is neither gift nor additional compensations, so no need to disclose but you cannot accept if motel has luxury nature....say...massage girls who affect your independence.
