LIII Ethics and Port Mgmt first, all, management, standards, umbrella

So i just got my L3 books today. The first volume is ethics and professonal standards. The rest, SS 3-18 are portfolio management. Is this a change from last year? It says asset classes are in there but its all under the umbrella of port mgmt. Just wondering.
