All of my colleagues are from a non-English speaking country. There might be cultural conflicts, Amerians tend to be more outspoken and speak with loud voices, yelling, pointing, making full use of their upper hand with the language. That can be quite intimidating.
What exactly is it you want us to improve? I'm not so sure it can be done. |
