WC = CA - CL

NWCInv = WC1 - WC0 = (CA1 - CL1) - (CA0 - CL0) = (CA1 - CA0) - (CL1 - CL0)

Exclude cash/equivalents from CA and short term debt/notes payables/current portion of LTD from CL.
