It really depends. I sent my documents to Shanghai and they did the first assessment for me, and they perceived that I could only exempt paper 1.2 and 1.3. And finally that was the exact result.

PS: I was almost in the same situation with you. You could ask the ACCA offices in Beijing or Shanghai to assess for you first. I remembered that Beijing asked me 50 yuan to do the assessment, Shanghai was free of charge.
