请教一下，F6课本上67页那个例题

1)  Building 5: the tenant has left on 2009.5.1, but the rental has been paid up to 2008.12.31. While the impariment (irrecoverable rent) is calculated as 3*500. 这个是怎么理解？

2)  Building 27: has been let unfurnished since 2008.8.1 at 750 per month having been empty whilst ete redecorated it after its purchase in 2008.3

calculated property income is 750*8. 这个怎么理解
