Someone just added a meeting to my calendar on July 23rd at 10am. I already know that they will only get 40% of my attention, at best…. At that time I’ll either be crestfallen, euphoric or on the edge of my seat.

In my more rational moments I try very hard to remind myself that no matter the outcome I won’t be a smarter or dumber person on 7/24 than I was on 7/22.
But I know I will be hard pressed to remain zen on 7/23….
